Welle, Owner
Gene Welle, owner of Missouri River Contracting, has
been in the construction business since 1972. Gene
has built a solid company founded on providing quality
workmanship combined with excellent customer service.

personally work with you every step of the way from
start to finish,” commented Gene.
Away from construction, Gene can be found outdoors,
hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his
grandchildren. |

Tim
Miller, General Manager
Tim Miller just celebrated his 24th anniversary with
Missouri River Contracting. Over the years, Miller served
a wide variety of roles including his first position
as a laborer, then carpenter, foreman, estimator and
now general manager.
Miller now performs a variety of construction duties
including estimating, drafting and design, job scheduling
and coordination of projects.
In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his
family and being outdoors hunting, fishing, camping
and playing softball. |

Sam Gietzen, Project Manager / Estimator
Along with seven years of construction experience, Sam brings some youth to the Missouri River Contracting team, as well as a fresh enthusiasm for the construction trade. Sam, a native of Mandan, graduated from NDSCS in 2005 with an associate degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating Technology and after working in the Fargo / Moorhead area for 3 years, joined Missouri River Contracting in May of 2008.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys hiking, weight lifting, summer softball and basketball, and especially spending time with his family and wife, Lindsay.

Bill Fetsch, Manager of Concrete Division
Bill has been in the construction industry since 1983, specializing in commercial and residential concrete work. In his time, he has gained extensive knowledge of the trade. His duties at Missouri River Contracting, inc, include estimating and overseeing of all concrete projects and crews.
Bill has been married for 21 years and has one daughter. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing with friends.
